Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products to you.

2. PRODUCTS & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Many Throttle Mama Co. products are made to order through third-party production and fulfillment partners.
Because products are produced specifically after an order is placed, production times and product availability may vary.
Slight variations in color, print placement, sizing, or appearance may occur as a normal result of the production process. Colors displayed on your device may also vary from the actual product.
Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and other selections carefully before placing an order.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged products, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, sizing information, pricing, and other information.
However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, photographs, colors, pricing, availability, or other content will always be completely accurate, current, or error-free.
We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and update information when necessary.
4. PRICING
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed unless required to correct an obvious pricing error or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout when required.
5. ORDERS

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and no product is provided, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Providing an email confirmation after an order is submitted does not necessarily mean that an order has entered production.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Production and delivery dates displayed on our website or during checkout are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by production times, carrier delays, weather, holidays, product availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages or at different times.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Because many of our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections or changes of mind once production has begun.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products may qualify for replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

9. PAYMENT
Payments are processed through Shopify and/or authorized third-party payment processors.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Throttle Mama Co. does not directly store complete payment card information when payment information is handled by our third-party payment processors.
10. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
From time to time, Throttle Mama Co. may offer promotions, sales, or discount codes.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Discounts cannot be combined.
- Discount codes have no cash value.
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.
